Is there any organizations who audits and rank TNCs for their policy/actions on suppliers’ workforce wellbeing? My hope is with the younger generation being more aware of this problem, the companies who disregard workforce well being will be punished by the market as well as new legislation and labour strikes. If we can somehow incentivize competition among TNCs on labour well-being, that would be something worth promoting.

What are some credible sources for rating big manufacturers’ policy on ensuring their suppliers’ workforce wellbeing, if there is one? I have read that younger generations are more value-driven, hopefully that would mean with information like this comes into public discussion more and more, we will see employees who disregard workforce well-being will be punished by the market, by new legislation, alongside with labour strikes.

Thanks again 🙂
